TEAMWEB Barbara Butler, CPA: President Barbara has over 25 years of business ownership experience. She understands running a business and has a passion for helping entrepreneurs meet their challenges. That passion moved her to open Butler CPA, S.C. nearly 20 years ago. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is heavily involved in the community and sits on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards. Kay Eichstaedt, CPA: Senior Tax Accountant As a part of the Butler team, Kay specializes in tax. She works with shareholders, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and other special tax issues. Kay studied Broad Area Accounting while earning her Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin at River Falls. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
